Liquidations

Pristine’s liquidation system is one of the most advanced and sophisticated liquidation mechanisms in defi. Based on the LLAMA system from Curve, this engine has been battle-tested in the Curve ecosystem. In fact, the engine provides one of the highest LTV of any protocol, often above 80% depending on the volatility.

In addition, Pristine will employ a “soft-liquidation” system that does not confiscate all assets at one time. Instead, the assets will be removed proportionately, as well as automatically de-liquidate when the market recovers.
